The company’s policy in the field of quality and food safety.

The company has introduced a policy in the field of quality and food safety, which declares that the strategic goal of “Zhytomyr Meat Processing Plant” is the most complete satisfaction of consumers with quality and safe products, increase customer loyalty, strengthening our position in the market, expanding markets, improving the welfare of each member staff, shareholders and society as a whole. To ensure the provisions of this Policy in 2014, the company has developed and implemented a safety management system of food products in accordance with the requirements of international standard ISO 22000: 2005, which is based on HACCP principles. Value for introduction of international standards requirements of the system is confirmed by independent international auditing company Bureau Veritas Certifikation, as evidenced by the certificate issued.

Quality control of incoming raw materials to finished products is carried out of the state and private veterinary services, laboratory manufacturing enterprise, which oversees product organoleptic, physical, chemical and microbiological parameters. In addition, every day the organoleptic properties of the products are checked by the tasting commission of the enterprise. Our customers can be confident that they have purchased the products were made of high quality raw meat in compliance with the rules of hygiene, sanitation and safety.

To expand export opportunities and to market the Arab countries at the company revised processes, carried out by «HALAL» standards, product certification and received a certificate.

The company does not stop there. In 2016 it is planned to implement international standards on food safety requirements and RAS 22002 certification scheme FSSC 22000.
